Australian model Robyn Lawley has given birth to her first child. The 25-year-old shared the news with her Instagram followers by posting an image of her holding the new arrival"s hand today. Lawley, who has been dating fiance Everest Schmidt for four years, did not reveal the baby"s name or gender. The Sydney-born model previously told Cosmopolitan she was excited for the new arrival. "It was unplanned and came a little earlier than expected, but when I found out I was pregnant, I was so excited". Lawley"s career has gone from strength to strength. She has written multiple pieces about body image in the modelling industry, and became the first plus-size model to appear in Sports Illustrated"s swimsuit issue earlier this year. While pregnancy can often result in the end of a model"s career, Lawley told Cosmopolitan she thought times were changing. "Women have always been expected to raise the child, but now it"s great because dads are more involved. I know my partner"s going to be a great dad, so that takes some of the pressure off."
