US Tattoo model Sabina Kelley is among over 250 of the worlds best tattoo artists, models and performers who are returning to the NZ Tattoo & Art Festival being held in New Plymouth at the end of November. Kelley, a modern day pinup icon and judge on the American tattoo TV show "Best Ink" who was a hit with visitors and a celebrity tattoo judge at the 2013 event, says she is so excited to be heading back to New Zealand for the NZ Tattoo & Art Festival. The Festival will open its doors from 11am until 10pm on Saturday, November 28, and from 11am until 7pm on Sunday, November 29. Entry is $25 a day for adults with under-15s free (accompanied by an adult). Two day passes are $40.
